Fat Fasting Day 1.



Hey All!

I had a bit of a hiccup around my vacation time so I'm not sure if I gained water weight or if it was just pounds. which I find odd since even on the days I did binged I workout. I been getting on the scale just about everyday and yes I know that's not the best way to do it but I just thought it be best I keep myself in check.

I'm sure I already knocked myself out of Ketosis eating the cakes, pasta and oreos lol hence Why I'm doing this fat fast which I plan on doing this for 3 days so I can reap the benefits of getting myself into Ketosis faster... I seen it on YouTube and I did a good bit of reading on google as well.  I'm on day 1 so far and I been doing well

All I can say is all day I been feeling tired, sluggish. and fatigued.  Day 1 down.... 2 more days to go.. .

Hey Guys I want to give you some news about my Grandmother; Last week she had a Liver Infection and the Doctors just placed her on some antibiotics for a couple days and sent her back home. they didn't wanted to go any further because they felt that she had enough problems as it is and my mom was upset about it  because she felt that they just was going to give up on her. Thanks to my mom and my aunt persistence they advised the doctors could she go to Birmingham for further and advanced treatment. No disrespect for EAMC (East Alabama Medical Center) there just seems to be better educated doctors in Birmingham from my personal experience. So she went to the hospital in Birmingham where she went through some tests and further treatment, the doctors said that they were able to treat her infection and now shes scheduled to go home today. Atkins Stone Fired three meat pizza

Hello My fellow Bloggers and Bloggetes,   Today I'm reviewing the Atkins Stone fired three meat pizzas! I bought these at my local Walmart and I think it was around 3 dollars and some change.  as you can see from the pics it has 11 Net carbs and 26 Grams of Protein. which isn't too bad to me in my opinion.  When I took it out of the box it looked pretty good. I was surprised that it looked very close to what was on the package considering the fact that 9/10 when you buy something from the store it doesn't nearly look like what is on package. but hey that doesn't go for stores it also goes for Restaurants too! Lol! anyways back to the pizza.  The pizza itself was quite small which I didn't mind since I was just eating this around my lunch break sometimes I don't want a big meal, and the taste. well let me tell you I had to take a double take to make sure I was eating a Atkins meal because usually they don't taste so good. so this isn'...

Hey all!         Yes I know it's been awhile. since I posted anything. so I'm going to go ahead and get straight to the point instead of just drawing all this out. 1. I gained most of what I lost which is nothing new.. between the holidays, and my job getting on my nerves I'm currently at 276. not at my highest weight right? but still close to it nonetheless. 2. I stopped keto for awhile. and my sugar craving were off the roof trying to count calories so I'm back on keto again.  (Yes I know it's not good for me to be currently switching back and forth between eating habits like this and I'm sure my metabolism hates me even more now) 3.I had someone close to me that passed. so I had to go out of state to tend to the funeral and so forth. 4. I thought things at my job would be getting better but clearly it's not which is why I'm trying to look for work elsewhere.
