Late weight update.

Hey all! I have had some changes happening shift wise so I'm currently on 3rd shift for about a month. so it's totally messed up with my sleep cycle. between this and the holidays and my monthly I have put on the weight back. lol I tell ya. but honestly I can't get too upset because I was expecting this. As of today I weigh 267.. with my monthly still being on hopefully when it goes off and the bloating gets back down the weight will drop. right now I'm trying to get my fluids because I'm having a effect from the coffee that I been drinking overnight trying to make myself stay up during my shift.   plus I been trying to eat right since I went off that as well. my next weigh in will be on  the 7th.  of December.

Weight update!

Hello Bloggers! and Bloggetes! This week has been a rough and and interesting week! but despite of all that I still try to eat right and exercise 90% of my time.  honestly I can say I been glad I'm following through because the results speaks for themselves.  as of this morning I currently weigh in at 261.8.  compared to my weight from 272 from last week that is around 10 lbs!  I can definitely tell there's a difference in lost with all this weight because my back and my joints no longer hurt. and I have no issues in breathing. Next weigh in will be at the 23rd of November.  🙏 these holiday weeks. I swear..phew.. and on top of working at Retail and dealing with my own issues can be something but I'm going to keep pushing forward because that all I can do. thanks for reading and stay tuned! xoxo

Atkins Stone Fired three meat pizza

Hello My fellow Bloggers and Bloggetes,   Today I'm reviewing the Atkins Stone fired three meat pizzas! I bought these at my local Walmart and I think it was around 3 dollars and some change.  as you can see from the pics it has 11 Net carbs and 26 Grams of Protein. which isn't too bad to me in my opinion.  When I took it out of the box it looked pretty good. I was surprised that it looked very close to what was on the package considering the fact that 9/10 when you buy something from the store it doesn't nearly look like what is on package. but hey that doesn't go for stores it also goes for Restaurants too! Lol! anyways back to the pizza.  The pizza itself was quite small which I didn't mind since I was just eating this around my lunch break sometimes I don't want a big meal, and the taste. well let me tell you I had to take a double take to make sure I was eating a Atkins meal because usually they don't taste so good. so this isn'

Weight Update. (a little late)

Hey guys! I know I was supposed to post a weight update days ago and I know its abit late. honestly I started not to post it because I figured I was going to put on some weight but Not this much. as of today I weigh in at 272.  so I went up a couple pounds. at this point I'm getting frustrated. but I have no one to blame but myself for this since I been slacking on the eating, exercising, and having back issues. I know they sound like excuses but they are the reasons. I'll post a new weight update around the 16. of this month. hopefully I would have lost something by then. till then.

Fat fasting days 2 and 3. "FINISHED"

Hey Guys and Girls! So I'm finally finished with my fat fast. I'm just so glad that's it's over with and I can finally have my vegetables and berries again.. I tell ya it was tough.. Day 2. I was pretty grouchy, moody, sluggish and tired however I wasn't hungry at all. While on Day 3. I was still tired but not as tired. I was still grouchy and moody but not as moody. to alleviate these issues that I been having I took a Vitamin B12 sublingual liquid vitamin, and Vitamin D. so it helped me out a good bit. I will still continue taking these because I notice my skin issues are starting to clear up since I started taking them along with my energy levels. Fat Fasting Day 1.

Hey All! I had a bit of a hiccup around my vacation time so I'm not sure if I gained water weight or if it was just pounds. which I find odd since even on the days I did binged I workout. I been getting on the scale just about everyday and yes I know that's not the best way to do it but I just thought it be best I keep myself in check. I'm sure I already knocked myself out of Ketosis eating the cakes, pasta and oreos lol hence Why I'm doing this fat fast which I plan on doing this for 3 days so I can reap the benefits of getting myself into Ketosis faster... I seen it on YouTube and I did a good bit of reading on google as well.  I'm on day 1 so far and I been doing well All I can say is all day I been feeling tired, sluggish. and fatigued.  Day 1 down.... 2 more days to go.. .

Real Good

Hello Everyone! Tonight I'm Reviewing the Real good Pizza that are in the snack size.  I bought these from Walmart and they were a little pricey. When I first saw them from the box I thought they have some kind of low carb nut based crust but the crust of this pizza is really thin chicken. and  I'm sure you're thinking chicken? that's odd. crust made out of chicken for pizza? Yes that's right I thought the same thing too.  but the description of it is some sort of Parmesan chicken.  with uncured pepperoni and cheeses. as you can see from above that's what they look like after being microwaved. Taste wise it was Eh.. ok. I guess.. not something that I would buy again. maybe if I placed it on the oven maybe it would make a difference on the taste because the chicken was pretty floppy.  there are 4 grams of carbs for 4 pizzas and 20 grams of protein. On a scale of 1- being the worst and 10 being the best I would rate this a 4.5..  I

Nature Valley Protein Bars!

Hey All! Today I'm reviewing the Nature Valley Protein Peanut butter and Dark chocolate bar! and I must say this bar is pretty good  My only regret is I didn't ate this slower. LOL. maybe  because I didn't have much for breakfast but this was enough to hold me off till my Lunch break  I will definitely buy this again. If you're a person that is strict on keto I don't think these would do any good but Low carb yes definitely. I got these at my Local Walmart and I think they were just around a little over 5 bucks for 5 bars. They got two other flavors other than this one I can't remember the names so Once I have a chance to check them out again  I'll try to update the other flavors  on this post On a scale of 1 being the Worst and 10 being the best I'll rate this a 10!  the thing I really like about this bar was it wasn't too big. it didn't have more of one thing than the other so it was just right. Weight Update..

Hey Guys! So my last weigh in which was at 272, I was at October 8 I currently weigh in at 268.6! I believe I done did well so far considering that it's TOM  and for the past 2 days my eating habits have suck. My next weigh in update will be at November 3rd. Reviewing : Green Giant Cauliflower Tuscan Pizza Crust.

Today I'm Reviewing the Green Giant Cauliflower Tuscan Crust. That I bought from my local Walmart. When I first took it out of the package I thought wow this crust is very fragile.  I  was making some cheese sticks out of them to go with some chicken wings that I had baked . anyways as you can tell from the picture you're probably thinking mmm that looks good!.  Well let me tell you it wasn't! the texture of it completely threw me off! It had to be because the corn meal and corn flour, as well as the Rice flour that was added to it. Yep that's right. it's not 100% cauliflower its 80% Cauliflower.  I'm not sure who the makers of Green Giant were trying to fool because I didn't detect any cauliflower at all if anything it was the cornmeal. that I tasted the most out of it. more like 80% of the gritty Corn meal and 20% of the Cauliflower.  On a scale of 1-5 1 being the worst and 5 being the best I'd give it a -10..  Not worth the money

Customers..

I just got off from work from a frustrating day. and all I can say is I'm glad that it's over with! I work in Retail. and I been doing it for the past 3 years and honestly I need a change, anyways here are the things that grind my gears when it comes to customers. 1. When I'm pushing a cart near a narrow aisle/lane that I cant put off to the side because pallets are in my way and I see a couple walking next to each other. will one of you please stop and just go behind each other for just a sec till I'm out of your way? these type of customers act as if it'll kill em if they not standing side by side for just a moment.. it wouldn't make any difference if I was to stop because there is no space on my side for me to pull off on and then you give me this ugly look but yet clearly there is  plenty of space and gaps on your side. 😑 2.Customers that see something empty of the shelf and ask you to go to the back room. I'll have to scan the item and check and s

Not sure what to title this because I know this is very late update but...

Hey guys!  I guess I grabbed the feather duster for nothing because I went M.I.A again lol. anyways I'm getting back on the swing of things. so right now I'm 5'4 272. I'm getting back on the wheel since I fallen off of it a couple months ago.  My record highest was 285 and that was around March 2018.  so I'm trying to do this lowcarb/keto thing.  last week I was 276. so this makes a total lost of 4 pounds. I'm sure its just water weight but hey a lost is a lost right? 😁
