Hey All!
I had a bit of a hiccup around my vacation time so I'm not sure if I gained water weight or if it was just pounds. which I find odd since even on the days I did binged I workout. I been getting on the scale just about everyday and yes I know that's not the best way to do it but I just thought it be best I keep myself in check.
I'm sure I already knocked myself out of Ketosis eating the cakes, pasta and oreos lol hence Why I'm doing this fat fast which I plan on doing this for 3 days so I can reap the benefits of getting myself into Ketosis faster... I seen it on YouTube and I did a good bit of reading on google as well. I'm on day 1 so far and I been doing well
All I can say is all day I been feeling tired, sluggish. and fatigued. Day 1 down.... 2 more days to go.. .
