Today I'm Reviewing the Green Giant Cauliflower Tuscan Crust. That I bought from my local Walmart. When I first took it out of the package I thought wow this crust is very fragile. I was making some cheese sticks out of them to go with some chicken wings that I had baked . anyways as you can tell from the picture you're probably thinking mmm that looks good!. Well let me tell you it wasn't! the texture of it completely threw me off! It had to be because the corn meal and corn flour, as well as the Rice flour that was added to it. Yep that's right. it's not 100% cauliflower its 80% Cauliflower. I'm not sure who the makers of Green Giant were trying to fool because I didn't detect any cauliflower at all if anything it was the cornmeal. that I tasted the most out of it. more like 80% of the gritty Corn meal and 20% of the Cauliflower. On a scale of 1-5 1 being the worst and 5 being the best I'd give it a -10.. Not worth the money ...
