Created a Youtube Channel!

Hey I Just wanted to let you all know I made a youtube a channel! this is all very new to me when it comes to that and I have posted a video there as well! I will be posting my weigh in vid tomorrow so be on the look out for that one and please subscribe for updates. Thanks!

Giving this one more shot..

Hey all!         Yes I know it's been awhile. since I posted anything. so I'm going to go ahead and get straight to the point instead of just drawing all this out. 1. I gained most of what I lost which is nothing new.. between the holidays, and my job getting on my nerves I'm currently at 276. not at my highest weight right? but still close to it nonetheless. 2. I stopped keto for awhile. and my sugar craving were off the roof trying to count calories so I'm back on keto again.  (Yes I know it's not good for me to be currently switching back and forth between eating habits like this and I'm sure my metabolism hates me even more now) 3.I had someone close to me that passed. so I had to go out of state to tend to the funeral and so forth. 4. I thought things at my job would be getting better but clearly it's not which is why I'm trying to look for work elsewhere.

Late weight update.

Hey all! I have had some changes happening shift wise so I'm currently on 3rd shift for about a month. so it's totally messed up with my sleep cycle. between this and the holidays and my monthly I have put on the weight back. lol I tell ya. but honestly I can't get too upset because I was expecting this. As of today I weigh 267.. with my monthly still being on hopefully when it goes off and the bloating gets back down the weight will drop. right now I'm trying to get my fluids because I'm having a effect from the coffee that I been drinking overnight trying to make myself stay up during my shift.   plus I been trying to eat right since I went off that as well. my next weigh in will be on  the 7th.  of December.

Weight update!

Hello Bloggers! and Bloggetes! This week has been a rough and and interesting week! but despite of all that I still try to eat right and exercise 90% of my time.  honestly I can say I been glad I'm following through because the results speaks for themselves.  as of this morning I currently weigh in at 261.8.  compared to my weight from 272 from last week that is around 10 lbs!  I can definitely tell there's a difference in lost with all this weight because my back and my joints no longer hurt. and I have no issues in breathing. Next weigh in will be at the 23rd of November.  🙏 these holiday weeks. I swear..phew.. and on top of working at Retail and dealing with my own issues can be something but I'm going to keep pushing forward because that all I can do. thanks for reading and stay tuned! xoxo

Atkins Stone Fired three meat pizza

Hello My fellow Bloggers and Bloggetes,   Today I'm reviewing the Atkins Stone fired three meat pizzas! I bought these at my local Walmart and I think it was around 3 dollars and some change.  as you can see from the pics it has 11 Net carbs and 26 Grams of Protein. which isn't too bad to me in my opinion.  When I took it out of the box it looked pretty good. I was surprised that it looked very close to what was on the package considering the fact that 9/10 when you buy something from the store it doesn't nearly look like what is on package. but hey that doesn't go for stores it also goes for Restaurants too! Lol! anyways back to the pizza.  The pizza itself was quite small which I didn't mind since I was just eating this around my lunch break sometimes I don't want a big meal, and the taste. well let me tell you I had to take a double take to make sure I was eating a Atkins meal because usually they don't taste so good. so this isn'

Weight Update. (a little late)

Hey guys! I know I was supposed to post a weight update days ago and I know its abit late. honestly I started not to post it because I figured I was going to put on some weight but Not this much. as of today I weigh in at 272.  so I went up a couple pounds. at this point I'm getting frustrated. but I have no one to blame but myself for this since I been slacking on the eating, exercising, and having back issues. I know they sound like excuses but they are the reasons. I'll post a new weight update around the 16. of this month. hopefully I would have lost something by then. till then.

Fat fasting days 2 and 3. "FINISHED"

Hey Guys and Girls! So I'm finally finished with my fat fast. I'm just so glad that's it's over with and I can finally have my vegetables and berries again.. I tell ya it was tough.. Day 2. I was pretty grouchy, moody, sluggish and tired however I wasn't hungry at all. While on Day 3. I was still tired but not as tired. I was still grouchy and moody but not as moody. to alleviate these issues that I been having I took a Vitamin B12 sublingual liquid vitamin, and Vitamin D. so it helped me out a good bit. I will still continue taking these because I notice my skin issues are starting to clear up since I started taking them along with my energy levels.
